Hi Angela, Cute piece. I can think of worse things a teenager can get into when the parents are out for the day. However, I feel the need to tell you about my childhood memories with hot bananas.. . . One night while in Santa Rosa at Nonna Rose’s house, we couldn’t think of what to make for dessert. Nonna tells us that Zio Valdo has this favorite dessert – - fried banana’s with ice cream. So, she made it. I got sick on it and to this day I can not stand the sight or smell of a hot banana, it really grosses me out.

Also, I loved the crotchet needle bag project except that it scares me to think of who actually owns that many crotchet needles and what exactly do they do with them all? . . . oh no, that could bring up another Nonna story, but I’ll spare you on that one!!!

Somehow, I’m just seeing this now! What a great, great piece. As having been there first hand for this whole process, I know it could not have been easy to document each step. I’m actually pretty tired just looking at the pictures – - AND HUNGRY!
